Welcome back to the Savannah Sip N’ Cycle Blog! We are delighted to have you reading with us again. Whether you want to discover new adventures for your vacation in Savannah or are a local who needs another idea for Friday night, we have got something for you! Trust us, this is the blog that you will want to have in your bookmarks. Covering everything from local bands to happy hour deals, the Savannah Sip N Cycle Blog has a bit for anyone who wants to visit the beautiful city of Savannah, Georgia. Today, we want to talk to you about art and what Savannah has to offer for those who don’t know they are artists yet.
Taking a walk-through downtown Savannah, you might notice the SCAD buildings, street corner buskers and paintings displayed throughout every coffee shop. Only small piece of an arts community that keeps getting bigger, you won’t have to look hard to find even entire districts (check out our past article about the Starland District) dedicated to the creative prowess. What we have prepared for you today is a way to become part of Savannah’s arts community. Keep reading for a list of workshops that will allow you to learn a new skill, taught by some of the city’s best instructors.
First up, for the grown folks, we love a good combo deal so read up about a handful of painting classes where you can enjoy adult beverages while learning a craft from local teachers. While we can’t store alcohol on the #PartyBike, we can absolutely store paintings so consider any of these classes as an option prior to your ride with us. Our hosts always get a kick out of checking out the finished painting so don’t hesitate to share!
