Pose Next to Al Capone
4.6 ★
Starting up this list in particular is the Prohibition Museum in City Market, located right in the middle of Savannah’s favorite square. While you can learn all about what the dry times were like way back in the day, the coolest part about the Prohibition Museum has to be the hyper realistic wax statues. This is the perfect rainy day activity, taking up only about thirty minutes to enjoy the tour and maybe an extra twenty spent posing with the figures. Learn plenty about the times when alcohol was NOT allowed and the hidden speakeasies were the way to get your drink fix throughout the week. If you’re over 21, end your tour with a trip to the speakeasy next door to try out the drinks that were incredibly popular way back in the day. Heck, if you decide that these drinks are something you would like to make at home, they offer classes showing you every step that goes into the process. From 10 am – 5 pm every day, the Prohibition Museum is happy to show off an era that is mostly forgotten in the midst of the lax open cup laws we have here in Savannah. Find this fancy spot on Saint Julian St and come by sometime, but know that they won’t serve alcoholic beverages on Sundays.

Dueling Piano Bar
4.5 ★
“Savannah Smiles” is more than just a statement made about those who choose to call this city home. Actually, Savannah Smiles is a dueling piano bar located on Williamson St. Not too far from River Street but still tucked away, the Dueling Piano Bar features some of Savannah’s highest talent running a dueling show featuring all of your favorite songs. From 7 pm – 3 am every day, Savannah Smiles can’t wait to show you the time of your lives with live music, affordable drinks, and a dance floor big enough to fit even the most outlandish moves. This establishment does not accept reservations, the party is only first come first served at Savannah Smiles so plan ahead and make sure you have plenty of time to avoid the line or wait in it. Begin your party outside, even those out front are already hyped and having fun. At Savannah Smiles Dueling Piano Bar, music brings strangers together. Who knows, you might leave with a new best friend after bonding over one of the covers performed. When you want to take full advantage of the dance floor, Savannah Smiles always has the crowd up and hyped.
Echo Square
4.7 ★
Did you know that Savannah was actually the very first colony established in all of Georgia? Since 1733, Savannah has been making a mark on this state and anyone who visits the area knows that this Historic District has more than museums and statues. Even the architectural designs throughout the city holds the promise of secret fun and we are going to let you in on a not so well hidden attraction located right on River St. Now, we are not sure how long “Echo Square” has been visited by guests. We do know that the locals love to show off the charming little stop to new visitors. While Echo square is not included in your average Savannah tour, the experience is worth stopping to check out. When walking towards the east end of River St, you might notice an “X” made out of black bricks inside of a circle. Occasionally, you might see a busker playing for tips while sitting in the middle. Approach the circle and stand right in the middle, facing the river. Hearing yourself echo back when you speak can feel like a haunted experience but despite the tall tales that locals might spin, experts have concluded that the placement of buildings in the city are what causes this phenomenon. Look for this spot right across from the Bob’s Your Uncle store and get someone to check out Echo Square with you.

4.7 ★
Cat lovers are a special breed of people, the kind of folks who would much rather involve a friendly feline in any activity than to even consider an existence where kittens are not allowed to roam all venues with complete freedom. Reservations are not required but encouraged, this place tends to fill up quickly on any given day.
