All this time and stress in the last year has definitely had folks on a search for their center and a bit of balance more than ever before. After months of having no real relief from the random stream of personal shower thoughts, now that we are able to (safely) interact with others in groups, the need for some relaxation is prominent no matter which way you turn. If you’ve ever been here to the Savannah Sip N’ Cycle blog, you already know that our ultimate goal as a company is to make sure that you, our guests, have the most fun, relaxing time you’ve ever experienced when you come to visit. Well, that and to be positive that you’ve left here with a want to come back and come back soon. That is why we take the time to let you, our guests and new friends in on the best spas, bars and even local bands in Savannah. Heck, we even listed a whole gaggle of “quarantine friendly” games before everything started to open back up. Like we said, there’s a bit of all that you needed to know, and some of what you didn’t here on the blog, including info on how to book a tour on the #PartyBike, but we can get to that later.

Today, on the Savannah Sip N’ Cycle blog, we are gathering up our chakras and heading out to find out where to find some balance and enjoy a round of yoga or meditation. Self care is truly an important part of being healthy and there’s a little something for anyone attempting to round it all out. Here in Savannah, you might even find a bar or distillery hosting an event. Keep on reading to learn about what we have to offer you by way of Yoga and/or Meditation sessions!
